I love the move. After listening to Suarez about 4 years ago, I believe the inbox has become a personal assistant of sorts that acts on your behalf and accepts every task they give you. This will not fly if real conversation is needed. On the other hand, if they’re going to allow instant messaging systems that deliver messages in delay, this problem could just shift.
